Before building Halite Capital Property Management, I completed fix-and-flip projects, built my own rental portfolio, and gained hands-on experience managing investment properties long before becoming licensed. I’ve sat on the ownership side of this relationship. I understand what it feels like to trust someone else with an asset you’ve worked hard to build.
