Halite Capital Property Management was founded to close the gap between what property management is, and what it should be. Too often, properties are simply maintained rather than strategically managed, leaving performance on the table. This company was built on a different standard: one where every decision is intentional, every system is designed for efficiency, and every property is treated as a true investment. The goal is simple: to deliver a level of management that not only protects assets, but consistently improves their performance over time.
Founder
Emily Higman is a licensed real estate professional with five generations of roots in the Tampa Bay area. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and operates with a disciplined, systems-driven approach to property management. Known for her precision, responsiveness, and ability to execute under pressure, she brings a high level of accountability to every asset she oversees.
Her standard is simple: properties should not just be managed, they should perform.
Outside of her professional work, Emily is a wife and mother to two young children, grounded in a life built on structure, intention, and responsibility.
