Straightforward Pricing
Transparent pricing is a core part of how we operate. Strong, long-term partnerships are built on clarity, not ambiguity.
Short-Term Rentals
Our management fee is 20% of monthly revenue plus a one-time setup fee: listing creation, photography coordination, direct booking site creation, furnishing and design guidance, and full operational setup. It's the foundation everything else performs on. Setup begins at $5,000 depending on the property's scope.
Long-Term Rentals
Our management fee is 10% of gross monthly revenue.
A one-time leasing fee equal to one month's rent applies only when placing a new tenant. A $150 leasing fee is charged for renewals.
